PP Woven Fabrics
PP Woven fabrics are made from weaving of 2 different strands of tape one of which is drawn in length and one of which wraps around the other in circular motion. This weaving serves 2 purposes: it gives the fabric the desired strength to keep the material inside safe and the gaps from the weaving provide breathability to the material where required. The fabric can be laminated with a layer of PE film where thin particle size products need to be packed. We can make this fabric in endless tubular form where the purpose is to make sacks or in flat fabrics where odd sized bags are required for odd sized products or to be used as a secondary cover or packaging on top of a carton.

The starting point of all the other products are PP Woven Fabrics. It is a strong fabric which serves as a dependable and economical bulk packaging solution for various industries. Our annual production of Woven Fabrics is approx. 8000 MT and we can customize your requirement for Size, GSM, Color etc. as required.
Unlaminated Tubular PP Woven Fabrics
The weaving process is done on circular looms where one strand of thread is continuously rotating over a set of drawn threads thereby creating an endless tubular fabric. These are used where breathing of the product is necessary since there are small pores in the mesh of the fabric which allow for air to pass through like foodgrains such as wheat and rice. Unlamiated woven sacks are extensively used in packaging of cement. This can also be used to cover products and cut into sheets to pack loose agricultural products such as hay and cattle fodder.
Laminated Tubular PP Woven Fabrics
A layer of film is added on both sides of the unlaminated fabric in this process. The hot layer of film is extruded onto both sides of the fabric in tandem to allow the film to instantly bond with the fabric thereby providing an additional layer of protection. Laminated fabrics are used where it is imperative to prevent the product inside from air and moisture during transportation or storage.
Coloured Fabrics
We offer customization of various colors as per buyer requirements as per below options
- Colored fabric upto 25 shades as per your requirement
- Full color or white fabric with different color side strip
- Chequered fabric of 2 different alternating colors
Flat Fabrics
We are known for our prowess in producing flat fabrics for all kinds of applications be it back-seam BoPP laminated WPP Bags or flat fabrics for packaging or used for outer covering of various other products like cartons or blankets etc. Flat fabrics are also produced on circular looms. After the mesh is formed the fabric can be cut through the middle or one side to produce a single cut woven fabric roll. Our unit is also capable of making both sides cut fabric which means you get completely flat sheet of fabric without any requirement for unfolding later. We employ ultrasonic cutters to avoid any contamination in the fabric during the cutting process.

Tubular fabrics are produced on circular looms in the form of an endless tube hence the name tubular fabrics. They only require a stitch on the
bottom to produce a bag.
