This setup allows us to maintain uniform quality, minimize defects, and guarantee large-volume production capabilities for both PP Woven Fabrics and specialized PP Woven Sacks."
We utilize sophisticated, energy-efficient equipment to ensure continuous production and consistent fabric quality, including precise GSM control and high tensile strength . This complete vertical integration gives us total control over the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and cost- effectiveness for our clients.
We are an environment friendly unit through our use of solar power for 25% of our power requirement. Also, our products are reusable and recyclable multiple times thereby contributing to the circular economy envisioned by Government of India.

CIRCULAR LOOMS
- 105 nos. in total, all of Lohia Corp make – Lates t model Nova 6 and LSL6 capable of producing 8 million meters of fabric from 15” to 56” in flat/tubular form.
EXTRUSION LAMINATION
- JP Extrusiontech make – 30” width tandem extrusion i.e. both sides at once allowing faster production.
PRINTING MACHINES
- Navjivan Exporters – Drum printing machine, capable of 1/2/3/4 colors printing
- Starflex Industries –Flexographic printing machine with Corona treatment suitable for printing on PP, H.M. HDPE, Polyester, Foil or paper
- 30” width capable of printing multiple configurations upto 6 colors on one side or both sides
STITCHING MACHINES
- Armstrong ST-502 HD make, each capable of producing 20000 bags/day
- Lohia Corp make, automatic BCS, capable of stitching 100000 bags/day
